According to resolution of June 3,50 1972 only one daffy is permitted for a yard sale, with one rain date. ' The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant to change September 2 to a rAin date. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance.
