The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and thelegally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use district will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED Oscar Goldin, 441 Main Street, Greenport, New York, s/c R.
