After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to conduct a yard sale on July 12
1972, rain date July 32 1972, on premises located on the south
side of Main Road, Southold, Now York.
The Board finds that the puclic convenience and welfare and
justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will
not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of
the Ordinance will be observed.
TIMEFORE. IT WAS RESOLVED Ralph and Una Pelle Glover, East
Hain Street, Southold, New York, be GRANTED permission to conduct
a yard sale on July 1, 1972, rain date July 3, 1972, on premises
located on the south side of Main Road, Southold, New York. This
permission is subject to the conditions of .Resolution of Southold
