Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. (Sec 1000, District 99, Block 5, lot 8). The property is approximately one-half acre in size being 100.35 by 200.73 and contains a single family residence as well as an accessory building presently used as a bunk and bath house. A certificate of Occupancy has never been issued for this property, and the buildings existed prior to April 23, 1957, and have been continuously used since that time as a private one -family dwelling and bunk house. I have owned the buildings for over 10 years and they are in good condition and liveable.
