Mr. Avent and began the inspection at approximately 3:30 P.M.
The building is a one story, wood frame structure constructed

Heat is furnished to building from a gas fired warm air furnace
with outlet cut into living room floor approximately centrally
located within the building. Hot water is furnished to all
plumbing fixtures within the dwelling from the gas fired hot
water heater located in the partial cellar. The balance of
the building~s foundation is a slab.
