Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of pl,,operty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic featu res. 2. That your deponent acquired Lot 88 in 1950, at which time he built the original structure on Lot No. 88. In 1960 your deponent acquired part of Lot 87, on which he built an extension to the existing house. That your deponent acquired the required permits, namely No. Z1035, for which he has been issued Certificate of Occupancy No. Z 702, dated July 9, 1960, and Permit No. 6118Z, for which he has been issued Certificate of Occupancy No. Z4993, dated January 31, 1973, for the addition and other improvements made to the premises.
