Tax Roll: Alexander Stanilaus & Wf Occupied - Owner Upon receipt of a request for a Pre -Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this two story framed dwelling. I was admitted to the building by Joe Stanilaus who accompanied me during the inspection which began at approximately 10:00 A.M. The first floor consists of a kitchen, den, dining room and living room. The second floor has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Heat is supplied to all rooms from an oil fired hot water furnace located in partial cellar, balance of foundation of building is crawl space. Accessory structure - framed, one car garage. The following violation of The Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, was found: Kitchen, entrance, no means of controlling light in room on entry, Article V, Section 52-56 B-2.
