It is our intention to reconstruct 113' of existing bulkhead. We would like to construct the new bulkhead two feet higher than the existing so that we can eliminate the need for the upper retaining wall and stairs. In addition, once the new bulkhead is complete, we would like to reinstall the westerly end of the existing deck. Enclosed you will find a copy of the property survey, site photographs and check#7992 in the amount of$50.00.
