located in your landscaped area, the Board of Trustees determined that the tree
may be trimmed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.

We would like to have approval from the Town Trustees to maintain our rear yard
at 785 Albacore Drive. It is located on a man made canal which was farm land
prior to about 1965 when the canal was created. We built a home on the property
in 1974 and established a lawn at that time. Flower beds, shrubs, and trees have
been added, replaced, and changed over the years. These require continual work
to maintain and we just learned that the Town Trustees must approve any work
within 100 feet of the canal. Maintenance includes the following:
1 -Mowing the lawn. No fertilizer is used
2 -Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs annually, or as required. .— /2,M 1044&
3 -Planting annuals for appearance and removing at end of season.
3 -Removing any dead material.
4- Spraying for ticks.
