During construction, it was discovered that the proposed stair needed to be altered in order to maintain 3 feet of separation from grade on the bluff, which is a condition of the existing NYSDEC permit for the stair. Please find enclosed: • One (1) permit amendment fee, • Three (3) sets of proposed beach stair plans, revised 1/10/20.
