Glenn Winston Ely c/o Old Salt Road, LLC 770 Old Salt Road, Mattituck, NY 11952 SCTM#: 1000-144-5-14 Mr. Ely, Regarding your request for an Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit #9335, we are unable to proceed with your request at this time. There are some ongoing issues with this parcel that will require further review of the entire Board of Trustees before we can proceed: 1)The previously approved "on-grade" rear patio needs to be on-grade. The current configuration does not constitute on- grade and needs to be rectified. Your proposal of one-half cubic yard of fill will not suffice in bringing the current patio in line with an on-grad" patio. The entirety of the patio will need to be on grade, with new, plans submitted showing an appropriate amount of fill, with dimensions of where that fill is to be placed. 2)The elevated deck adjacent to the outdoor shower does not match the plans. Until such time as we receive updated plans and descriptions addressing these issues, the Board of Trustees cannot make a determination on your Amendment request.
