SCTM# 1000-12-2-6.15 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP based on the following: 1. The existing seawall predates the Town's permitting requirements and therefore there was no opportunity to secure permits for the structure. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. We originally showed a small portion of the project's sitework encroaching on the neighboring property. The revised drawings show no encroachment. All work will be contained on,,the subject property. I am re-submitting 3 copies of pages 2 and 3 of the originally-submitted drawing packet. The revision is bubbled on each page, and those pages have a new date of 10/16/18. Also included are 3 copies of the survey showing the revised work area highlighted. As a note for the record, my client's property and the neighboring property are the only ones at the end of a long road, and the families have been there for decades and are very close and have always been very friendly and agreeable to each other's work along the shared property line.
