My client informs me that as a result
of the hearing held at the Town Hall on
April 6, 1972, the Board approved the appli-
cation for a variance in accordance with
Zoning Law, Article III, Section 301, for
permission to divide property into two lots
on less than a required area. This was Case
No. 1514.
We are in the process of singing con-
tract for the sale of this property and would
appreciate receiving a copy of the decision
