repairs at the above referenced premises,PEX pipe was used for domestic water line
repairs as referred to in the affidavit submitted by my mother,Angela Tese-Milner, on
October 29,2018 (copy attached). Joseph Figuero made the pipe repairs.

2. I am familiar with 1245 Jackson Street because my family was friends of Elizabeth
Truex,the original owner, and my mother,Marjorie Tese,purchased 1245 Jackson Street,
from her friend, Mrs. Truex in 1973. Later,I purchased 1245 Jackson Street from my
mother's estate in 2007.
3. 1 visited 1245 Jackson Street when it was owned by Mrs. Truex, and I inspected the home
on several occasions because Mrs. Truex had offered to sell 1245 Jackson Street to me,
years before my mother actually purchased 1245 Jackson Street.
4. The bathroom on the second floor of 1245 Jackson Street has always been comprised of a
separate toilet room,to wit: adjoining rooms for the toilet and bath. The bathroom has
the original oak doors and walls fi-om the buildings construction in 1901. The bathroom
is original to,the building. The bathroom was not renovated except for a partial tile
replacement which is merely decorative.
5. My mother did have to replace a leaky pipe in the second floor bathroom that caused a
leak in her living room ceiling, and it was replaced with a section of PVC. This was not a
renovation.
6. My mother also replaced the bathtub in the first floor for a therapeutic Jacuzzi due to her
arthritis.
7. The size and shape of the bathroom was never altered to my observation and knowledge
and is original to the structure.
