Minutes of October 29, 2018 meeting
• Meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm by John Slattery
• Present were: James Abbott, John Slattery, Joseph Conway, William Ryan
Also attending: Chief Martin Flatley
Absent were: Kevin Foote, George Lessler
• Minutes of the September 24, 2018 were approved
Old Business
• Chief Flatley reviewed accreditation progress
o Discussed accreditation in context of annual town budget
r Sgt Perkins returned .from.Accreditation meeting and is enthusiastic about
SPD and its ability to successfully complete the process
• Further discussion of school safety and role of School Resource Officers
New Business: No new business was discussed
Next Meeting:
o Monday November 26, 2018 at 4:30 PM
• Meeting was adjourned at 5:15 pm
