I represent Tony J. Scarmato, Inc., prospective purchaser
of premises at East Marion owned by Mr. and Mrs. Alan W. Cotgreave.
The Cotgreaves were granted a variance on August 10, 1972
by your Board with certain restrictions - one of which was that no altera-
tions could be made to the three existing structures without permission
from your Board.
In order to avoid a lengthy formal application, it is my re-
quest that Mr. Scarmato, the principal of the corporate purchaser, and
myself be permitted to meet with the Board informally to discuss proposed
alterations, and then, if agreeable, file a formal application.
If agreeable to the Board, would you kindly inform the under-
signed as to the date and time that you would like us to appear.
