In accord- ance with conditions of Resolution of the Southold Town Board of Appeals dated June 15, 1972, permission is for a one day yard sale to be held on a specific date, with a specific rain date. Therefore, the Board will permit August 26, 1972; rain date September 2, 1972. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
