Chai~an 8~ol appeals~ ;
After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests a reduction of established setback on premises located
on the east side of Reeve Road and south side of Sound View Avenue,
Matt ituck, Nww York. The Board finds that there is a gully on applicantts
property which would create a hardship if applicant were forced to move
the foundation further back on the property to provide for an average
setback.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would
produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship
created is unique and would not be shared by all propelties alike in
the immediate vicinity of this propelty and in the same use district;
and the variance will not change the character of the neighborhood,
and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED Anthon~ CiAppa' a/c Nicholas Sawha, 9
Acorn Avenue, Farmingville, New York, be GRANTED permission to reduce
the established (average) setback on premises located on Lot # 6,
