The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the ORdinance willbe observed. THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED FReida J. Behlen, 7325 Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue, . New York, be GRANTED permission to hold a yard sale on June 30, 1972, rain date Jury 1, 1972, on property located on the east side of Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue, New York, as applied for.
