Being and intended to be the same premises described in a deed to Paul J. Corazzini,
Sr. and Agnes M. Corazzini, his wife dated December 27, 1968, and recorded March
16, 1971, in Liber 6900 page 219. Paul J. Corazzini, Sr. died September 2, 1977, a
resident of the State of New York leaving Agnes M. Corazzini the surviving tenant by
the entirety. Agnes M. Corazzini died December 10, 2000, a resident of the State of
New York, leaving as her sole heirs and distributees Paul J. Corazzini, Jr. and Richard
W. Corazzini, Sr. each as to an undivided 50% in Paul J. Corazzini, Jr. died
August 24, 2008, a resident of the State of New York. The Suffolk County Surrogate's
Court issued Letters Testamentary to Shirley Corazzini under file No. 2010-3695.
Shirley Corazzini is the residuary beneficiary under the LWT of Paul. Jr. Corazzini. Jr.
This deed is to convey Shirley Corazzini's entire 50% interest.
