On September 28, 2017, Roxanne L. Brown, GNCB Engineer, under my direction, visited the site to observe the existing wood framing, and discuss the proposed renovations with Paul Contillo, of Z&S Contracting. Since the site visit, GNCB prepared and issued a set of drawings dated October 27, 2017 that included framing plans, sections and details for the contractor's use to execute the construction phase work.
