The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED Barbara Albertson, Main Road, Southold, New York, be GRANTED permission to conduct a yard sale on July 1, 1972, rain date July 80 1972, on property located on the north side of Main Road, Southold, NEw York,' as applied for.
