successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to

The Unit known as Unit No. 1 D-2 hereinafter called ("The Unit") is the building known as
number 1, designated and described as Unit No. 10-2 in the Declaration establishing
Cleaves Point Village Condominium (hereinafter called the "Property") made by the Grantor
under the Condominium Act of the State of New York (Article 9-B of the Real Property Law
of the State of New York), dated April 24, 1983, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
