After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to hold a yard sale on July 20,
1973; rain date July 21, 1973 on Lot #1, Map of Beixedon Estates,
south side Hippodrome Drive, Southold, New York.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare
and justice will be served and the legally established or
permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use
districts will not be permanently or substantially injured
and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed,
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Dolores M. Wren, Hippodrome
Road, Beixedon Estates, Southold, New York, be GRANTED permission
to hold a yard sale on July 20, 1973 ; rain date July 21, 1973.
