THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2018-954 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
NOVEMBER 7, 2018:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby ratifies and approves the
Stipulation of Agreement between the Town of Southold and the CSEA dated October 22, 2018
establishing the terms of a successor Collective Bargaining Agreement for the period January 1,
2017 to December 31, 2019.

2018,by and between the negotiating committees for the Town of Southold and the CH A,Lmai

WHEREAS,the parties-have engaged in negotiations in good faith In an effort to art'ive at
a successor agreement to the one that expired on Member 31,2016;and
WHEREAS,the parties have arrived at a tentative agreemc*
NOW,THEREFORE,ie consideration of the mutual covenants contained herain,the
parties stipulate and agree as fsllows;
1, The provisions of this Stipulation are subject ct to ratification by the CSEA's
membership and ratification and approval by the Town Board.
2. The signatories below agreo to recommend this Stipulation for
ratifleationlapproval

of the 2017.2019 Agmenwnt,Justice Court Officers who are called into work on a non-regularly
scheduled workday will receive a minimum of four hours of pay at the straight time rate of pity.
