STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficultlesorunneces- sary HARDSHIP because property is bounded on three sides by streets and does not have any side yards. Applicant wants to put a swimming pool in rear yard and erect six foot stockade fence as shown on survey. Because of existing, large, willow trees applicant wants to extend f~nce out eight feet to west and east to allow enough open area around pool. A four foot fence would not provide privacy or adequate protection for the pool. Both applicants work out of town during ~the day and do not feel a four foot fence would be enough to provide protection or preven~ children from cluing over. 2. The hardshipcrea~dis UNIQUEandisnotshared by all prope~ies alike in the immediate vicinity ofthisproperty and in this use district because Property is bounded by three streets, all considered front yards. Also there are existing large trees on property and peal can only be located in rear yard area. 3.
