The findings of the Board are that this is a routine renewal of farm labor camp permit and that there have been no changes made other than the addition of a small bathroom. The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of adjoining property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED Lloyd Terry, Main Road, Orient, New York, be GRANTED permission to oPer~te farm labor camp on the south side of Main Road, Orient, New York, as applied for. Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen, Hulse, Grigonis, Doyen.
