Annual 'Report. a,
This Annual Report is for the period between Jan 2 19 92and
Dec 31 1992. Submit the annual report no later than 6T-calendar days after the
anniversary of facility's operating permit. Note: Transfer stations with no
permanent operating mechanical equipment that transfer roll-offs to another
facility where they are weighed or otherwise logged in and, therefore, accounted
for in that faei��lity's• Annual"Report are nut 'egiuired .to report-the information
requested on these report forms, unless required by the operating permit issued
to the facility.
Instructions•
1. Entries on the report forms should be either typewritten or
neatly printed in black ink.
2. '`Attach.=additional 'sheets if space on the forms is insufficient or
supplementary information is required or appropriate.
3. The report forms must be submitted by the owner or operator.
4. Reporting of the information indicated on the report forms is
required pursuant to 6 NYCRR 360-1.4(c), 360-1.8(e)(2) and 360-11.4(j) .
Failure to provide the information requested on these report forms is a
violation of Environmental Conservation Law.

Working area of landfill, approximately 5 acres, has been
brought up to a rough plateau approximately 20 feet above
natural surrounding grade.
