After investi~tion and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to conduct ~arage sale on
May 26, 1973~ rain date May 27, 1973 at premises located on
the north side of Nassau Point Road, Cutchegue, New York.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare
and Justice will be served and the legally established or
pew.-~tted use of neighborhood propert~ and adjoini~g use
districts will not be permanently or eubst~ntially injured a~d
the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Muriel H. Schwab, Post office
Box ~76, Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue, New York be GRANTED
permission to conduct garage sale at premises located on the
~orth side of Nassau Point Roadt.C~t~hog~.ea as applied for,
subject to conditions of Resolution of the Southold Town Board
of Appeals dated June 15, 1972, as follows~
Permission is for a one day yard (garage) sale
to be held on a.epecific date; with a ~pecific
