After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission te divide property with Ieee

Richmond Road, Seuthold, New York. The findings of the Board
are that applicantJs lets are surrounded by 100 feet lets,
with sizes rm~ing froa 12,~00 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft. The
Beard finds that the t~ lots to be created will be as large

with the reasoning of the applicant.
