That he worked for his father in the family building and contracting business in the middle 1960's and further, that he helped construc the improvements on a certain premisis on a private road off Westphalia Avenue, Mattituck, known as Tax Map #1000-113-09-011, f~ Mr. Julius Gimbernat during that time. That he states that both ti main house and the detached cottage/garage were constructed at the same time. This affidavit is made to induce the Town of Southold to issue a seperate Certificate of Occupancy for the cottage/garage.
