October 4, 2018 Justin.Jobn of the Suffolk County Department of Health
Services conducted a seminar on advanced waste water treatment systems with the
members of the ZBA at 9:OOAM in the fleeting hall. On October 18, 2018, Town
Attorney Bill Duffy provided the hoard with handouts and explanations of selected
recent ease law relevant to the work of the Board, followed by questions and answers.

On October 10, 2018. presented my 2019 ZBA Budget proposal to the 'Town board,
and discussed ZBA support for increasing fees for variance applications for "as built"
structures. At the 'Town Board's request, I followed up by erraaling the fee schedule
used in Brookhaven for these applications
