Sledjeski Apartment second floor - unoccupied Greenport Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department, I made inspection of the second floor apartment and found the following violations of Chapter 52, Housing Code, Town of Southold. I was admitted to apartment by BObra Maybeck, a member of the Blue Hearon Corp. who are the purchasers of these premises. The apartment consists of two bedroys full bathroom, eat -in kitchen, living room and storage room,accessable by enclosed outside stairway. Heat is supplied to all rooms from hot water furnace in partial cellar under the bar section of restaurant occupying first floor. Stairway: resting on wood posts which are deteriorating, causing outside stringer to sag resulting in unlevel treads. Art. II Sec. 52«27. Apartment headroom under 7'6" in violation of Chapter 100 Art. 10013 Floor area livable .. Zoning Ordinance Town of Southold. Kitchen: gas range, not connected. No shut—off valve at unit Art.
