Dear Mr. and Mrs. Baer:
In response to your letter dated October 2, 2018, the Board of Trustees reviewed your
request to remove the two trees that you are concerned about at your above noted
property, and as seen by Trustee Glenn Goldsmith on October 10, 2018.
The Board of Trustees determined that the trees may be cut down and removed at this
time. No permit will be required in order to remove these trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Board members:
We have one small dead tree within I()() feet of our property='s wetlands. In
addition there are other trees on our property within 100 feet of our Nvetlands
that have low lying branches, many of which are dead.
We have enclosed some Pictures of these trees.
We would like permission from the Trustees to cut down the dead tree and
trim the branches of the others.
We give permission to the Trustees to inspect our property at their
convenience.
