Re: Foundation structure, Leuba Property 950 Red Fox Road Mattituck A representative of Sherman Engineering & Consulting PC inspected the excavation, form work and reinforcing steel for the accessory building foundation at the above captioned property. The foundation was constructed with a 4" slab above an 8" grade beam around the perimeter. The slab has wwm reinforcing throughout and the beam has two (2) #5 continuous bars. There are concrete piers at each corner and the midspan of each side. The piers extend to at least 36" below final grade.
