I know IJwas not treated fairly by the Planning Board, it's been over a year since I appeared before the Planning Board. My previous letters to the Town Board speak for themselves. There were two public hearings one was advertised the other one was not. People spoke at both meetings. I feel that the Town Attorney is prejudiced toward TKAlpha LLC's application and me as my previous attorney representing one of my Riverhead projects reported him to the New York State Attorney General's office when he was Assistant Town Attorney in Riverhead. Furthermore the Chief Town Planner, Heather Lanza had mentioned to other people that I'll never get the TKAlpha LLC project approved. In my opinion she needs more experience, she is getting "OJT" On The Job Training now. For the past 60 years I've been in the construction business and been very successful at it. I found that when coming in front of various boards compromises take place all the time. Southold Planning Board compromised when I built the _building next door to this project, unfortunately for me, this caused my project costs to rise $33,000, but it was a compromise that I made. Let's try and work this project out. My plan enclosed for the site work at 615 Pike Street is "as of right", any changes could be a compromise. Because the Town law prohibits me from participating in this discussion, I hope I was able to express my frustration. I would like the Town Board to authorize the Town Planning Board to hear me out at a work session as soon as possible. My site plan is "as of right". If any tweaking is needed this can be done at the work shop session.
