Roberta G. Sinnott died on August 5, 1984. Prior to that time I knew Mrs. Sinnott for more than 15 years. I knew from her and her husband, who predeceased herr that they had lived in the home at Nassau Point, Cutchogue, for more than 20 years, and it had been owned by her family for many years prior to that time. The records of the Assessor show that the Sinnott property was improved by a home prior to 19~. I have been advised that there have been no exterior alterations or changes to the home since that date. I respectfully request that the Building Department of the Town of Southold issue a certificate of occupancy for pre-existing use for the Sinnott home and property at Nassau Point, Cutchogue, New York.
