That I have been a resident of Bergen Avenue and also of Cox Neck Road, Mattituck, New York for more than forty (40) years. 2. That I am fully familiar with property which fronts on Bergen Avenue and bad been used by William Chudiak for farming purposes for many years which is now utilized by John Simiclch in connection with his residence and for a vineyard. 3. The farm structures upon the subject property including a barn and small sheds have all been at the property since the 1940's. 4.
