The ladder has been removed now. I am not out there- I live in manhattan and do not go out there either. I have now had to pay a great deal of money to everyone to make the changes that you have required but what I am not understanding is why the requirements change each time either I speak to you or my expediter speaks to you. Originally I was told the storage area simply had to be clearly labeled on the drawings as storage. It is not of legal height clearance for it to be anything else. I had the architect redraw the plans which were labeled with the area as storage. You said the arrow was pointing in the wrong direction on the plans. Next I was told that a wall had to be erected and a gate with a latch put up. I asked my expediter to clarify with you the issue and he came back and said you were fine with the storage area as long as the ladder was taken down so there was no access to it. So I hired someone to go out there and take the ladder down. Now my realtor is telling me that you were speaking to the buyers lawyer about my house and told her that you were still want a wall and a gate. I cannot keep playing this game here-I have a buyer who is going to walk away and I need this to be done. Cheers!
