Celli Residence in Cutchogue. Permit#41186.There already has been some inspections completed. So I am just trying to see what I need to do. I had some questions. tlo Questions as follows: 1. They want a cable rail around the pool. Does that pass pool safety code?e--*** 2. They mentioned the inspector wanted rails to be 48". It looks the old builder had them set up for 36". So for example if the deck is 12" above grade plus height of rail at 36"that makes the 48"... that is no good as I assume someone can step on edge of deck than climb the remaining 36".
