Southold, New York 11971 and JEAN MANOGUE, residing at
474 Termino Avenue, Corona, California 92879, as Trustees
of THE PETER A. JACQUES CREDIT SHELTER TRUST U/A DATED
8/25/05, party of the first part, and
PETER J. JACQUES and JEAN MANOGUE, as Trustees of THE
MARY F. JACQUES IRREVOCABLE TRUST dated February 9, 2012,
having an address at 11185 Main Bayview Road, Southold,
New York 11971, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of

by the Lot #24 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Terry
Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.
Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on December 29, 1958 as Map #2901.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and
upon Watersedge Way, Longview Lane, and Rambler Road for
their entire distance as shown and lain out, 50 feet wide
throughout, on said above mentioned filed map.
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot
owners, the area known as Lot #8 and the area adjoining
next southerly thereto to the extent of 80 feet, more or
less, being the northerly 80 feet of the parcel
designated on said filed map as "Community Park and Beach
(residents only)".
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot
owners (said right being only for the benefit of the
above described premises) for bathing and recreational
purposes, the southerly 300 feet, more or less, of the
parcel designated on the above mentioned filed map as
"Community Park and Beach (residents only)".
SUBJECT TO the restrictions set forth in a declaration
made and recorded by the seller on September 8, 1958, in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4508 cp 380
and repair of the roads, basins, canals and the parcel
designated "Community Park and Beach (residents only)".
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
THE PETER A. JACQUES CREDIT SHELTER TRUST U/A DATED
8/25/05, by deed from MARY F. JACQUES, as Executor of the
Last Will and Testament of PETER A. JACQUES, dated
February 9, 2012 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 12687 at page 0959 on March 16,
2012.
PREMISES ALSO KNOWN as 360 Longview Lane, Southold, New
York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center
lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the distributees or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party
of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid. Subject to the trust fund
provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law. The word
"party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
