Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the northerly line of Main Road I790.33 feet easterly
as measured along said line from the easterly line of Elijah's Lane, which concrete monument is
set at the division line of Conrad Bagenski and Frances Bagenski and now or formerly of
Krespach;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the northerly line of Main
Road the following two courses and distances:
