2012 REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 10, 2012, herein designated as the
Grantee, do by these presents remise, release and grant forever with QUIT-CLAIM
COVENANTS, unto the Grantee and unto Grantee's successors and assigns forever, all
the right, title and interest, as the Grantor have or ought to have in or to a certain piece or
parcel of land with all the buildings thereon, situated in the Town of Southold (in the
Village of Fishers Island), County of Suffolk, and State of New York, more particularly
described on "Schedule A" attached hereto and made a part hereof(and being of District

Being the same premise conveyed from Ella M. Foshay and Michael B. Rothfeld,
dated May 30, 1996 by deed and recorded June 14, 1996 in Liber 11778, Page 504 of the
Suffolk County land records.
TO babe drib to jLgolb, the premises hereby remised, released and quit-claimed
with all the appurtenances unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, so that
neither the Grantor nor the Grantor's heirs, successors or assigns nor any other person
claiming under or through the Grantor shall hereafter have any claim, right or title in or to
the premises or any part thereof, but therefrom the Grantor and they are by these presents
forever barred and excluded.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations the use of
any particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the
appropriate gender or number as the text of the within instrument may require.

County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument on the northeasterly side of a road 45 fee wide, said
monument being located 303.72 feet North of a point which is 675.95 feet East of another
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Chocomount 2" (which said monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers
Island, New York", about 2 & '/ miles West of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South
79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE North 47 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East, 221.18 feet to a
stake set on the southwesterly side of another road 40 feet wide;
THENCE southeastwardly along the southwesterly side of said road (following the arc of
a curve to the left whose radius is 249.60 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
North 50 degrees 40 minutes East) 59.14 feet;
THENCE still along said road line, South 52 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East, 22.20
feet to a point marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is 310.92 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is South 37 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West;
THENCE southeastwardly along said road line, and following the arc of said curve

land forty-five feet wide and the road plotted thereon upon the several maps and plans of the land
upon Fishers Island, the northeasterly line of which strip of land commences at a monument
located 303.72 feet North of a point which is 675.95 feet East of another monument marking the
