BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of land of the party of the first party, said
point of beginning being South 86 degrees 30 minutes West 200.0 feet along said
land of the party of the first part of the westerly line of Albertson's Lane;
From said point of beginning running along said land of the party of the first part,
South 08 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East 220.0 feet;
