State of New York, known and designated as part of lot No. 14 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd Estates",
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949 as Map No. 1672 which said part of lot is
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Sound Beach Drive where the division line between lots 14 and 15 as
