ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as and by the Lot Number 18,on a certain map entitled, "Map of Yennecott Park",
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 9th, 1968 as Map No. 5187,which said lot is
bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Long Creek Drive distant 450.57 feet westerly from the corner formed by
the intersection of the southerly side of Long Creek Drive with the westerly side of Laurel Avenue, said beginning point also
being where the division line between Lots 17 and 18 according to said map intersects the southerly side of Long Creek
Drive;
RUNNING THENCE south 9 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds east along said Lot, 146.21 feet to the northerly line of Lot
