A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Second Floor Conference Room, 54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday, September 20, 2018 commencing at 5:00 P.M. Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson Eric Dantes, Member Nick Planamento, Member Patricia Acampora, Member Robert Lehnert, Member Kim Fuentes, Zoning Board Assistant I Call to Order at 5:05 P.M. by Chairperson Weisman. WORK SESSION: a) Requests from Board Members for future agenda items. b) Reminder: Training by Suffolk County Health Department on October 4, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. Distributed Training Session Outline. POSSIBLE RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE FOLLOWING HEARINGS: ANDREAS PFANNER #7192 (Adjourned from September 6, 2018) Request for a Variance from Article III, Section 280-15 and the Building Inspector's May 8, 2018, Notice of Page 2—Minutes Special Meeting held September 20, 2018 Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals Disapproval based on an application for a building permit to construct an accessory garage; at; 1) located in other than the code required rear yard; at: 2725 Harbor Lane, Cutchogue,NY. SCTM#1000-136-1-24.2. BOARD RESOLUTION: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to Close the hearing. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman Dantes Planamento, Acampora, and Lehnert This Resolution was duly adopted; (5-0). R. BRADFORD BURNHAM III #7181 (Adjourned from September 6, 2018) Request for a Variance from Article III, Section 280-15 and the Building Inspector's February 15, 2018, Notice of Disapproval based on an application for a building permit to construct an accessory garage; at; 1) less than the code required minimum front yard setback of 40 feet; at: 2464 Peninsula Road, (Adj. to West Harbor) Fishers Island, NY. SCTM#1000-10-3-4.1. BOARD RESOLUTION: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to Close the hearing and Reserve Decision. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman, Dantes Planamento Acampora, and Lehnert This Resolution was duly adopted; (5-0). DELIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: The Board continued with agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following application. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). APPROVED AS APPLIED Alex Friedman#7189 Christian and Carol Zimmer#7196 Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman Acgmpora, Planamento, Dantes and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). RESOLUTIONS: A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to authorize advertising of hearings for Regular Meeting to be held on October 4, 2018 which Regular Meeting will commence at 8:30 A.M., Town Meeting Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson), Dantes Acampora Planamento and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to approve minutes from September 6, 2018, Regular Meeting. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson) Dantes Acampora, Planamento and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0).
