The new garage will be built with a 15 foot setback as required by Southold Town, to an existing fence located on the east end of the property adjacent to Dr Solomon's property. We will also remove an accessory building that we have used for storage that is next to the existing garage, which will also be removed. We believe this will improve the aesthetics of the property and create a long term solution for our situation. Enclosures will include the Legal Notice indicating a public hearing and our Survey showing the new construction area as required by Southold Town.
