Introduction• All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee. The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a comprehensive written list of its requested revisions. w...Applications: • JAKUBIUK AGRICULTURAL BUILDING SCTM# 1000-55-1-8.3 Peter Prusinowski,Architect presented the application for the proposed construction of a 1- story 12,000 sq.ft. building for agricultural storage, and no basement located on±22.5 acres of farmland with Development Rights held by the Town of Southold in the AC Zoning District. Located at 5455 Youngs Avenue,Southold. The Committee approves the project as it was submitted today. Motion made and seconded. All Ayes. FIRST UNIVERSALIST CHURCH SCTM# 1000-63-6-6.1 &6.2 Peter Marren, Architect and Stacey Paetzel, Landscape Architect presented the application for the proposed construction of a one story 6,816 sq.ft. place of worship and 32 parking stalls. There is an existing parish house and single family dwelling to remain, all on 1.2 acres in the Residential Office (RO) Zoning District. Located at 51970 Route 25, Southold. mm � _ The Committee reviewed the application and is approving the project pending electronic submission of final materials,colors and architectural details.
