S. Hand" ~ocated on the said lots is a main year-round house and a seasonal cottage. That the cottage was constructed about 1925 and the main house about 1940. That in my opinion the said buildings are suitable for residential purposes and both pre-existed at the time Certificate of Occupancy was required.
